So, who am I and how do I know all of this?
My name is Greg Lyles. I have built three multi-million dollar companies over the past thirty years.
My expertise has been sought out by clients from Fortune 500 companies such as Coca-Cola, Bank of America, Publix, Walmart and Shaw Industries to real estate firms such as CB Commercial and Mobil Land Development and from newly-licensed agents to seasoned pros.
My strength is in breaking a business down into it’s individual processes, or systems, and looking for ways to improve those processes. I’ve helped major companies become more efficient, identify growth opportunities and generate hundreds of millions in increased revenues. I’ve also helped agents achieve greater focus, stand out from the competition, increase their incomes and expand their businesses to serve new markets.
Within two years of starting my own real estate firm, I was earning 28x the average experienced agent and closed over $440 million in eleven years. I accomplished this without an assistant or a team by focusing on two small niche markets, having a strong value proposition, automating my lead generation and constantly looking for ways to improve.
